Celina developed mindfulness.help as a compassion-based holistic solution for trauma healing and chronic emotional difficulty. The evidence-based mindfulness tools and practices she teaches are enriched by her practical knowledge of the interconnections between the science and spirituality of trauma healing and personal transformation.


 About Celina Low Jones, Ph.D., CCTS-F, RYT200

Celina Low Jones, Ph.D., is a trained clinical trauma specialist, an evidence-based mindfulness trainer, and a registered yoga instructor. She is also a trained practitioner of Japanese Reiki energy healing.

Celina is deeply compassionate and skillful in helping individuals navigate the complexities of trauma and emotional healing. With over 15 years of experience, she has worked closely with adults and youth to address chronic anxiety, depression, and other challenging emotions. Celina’s approach is both holistic and integrative-it harmonises science and spirituality, blending evidence-based mindfulness practices, clinical trauma expertise, yoga, and Japanese Reiki energy work to foster resilience and healing in the mind, body, and spirit.

As someone who has overcome childhood trauma, she brings a profound sense of empathy and understanding to her work. Celina’s personal journey has also given her a deep understanding of the importance of breaking the intergenerational cycle of trauma and addressing modern challenges like digital addiction. She believes in the transformative power of compassion-based whole-person development, which she sees as essential for managing daily stress at its roots. 

Celina’s approach is characterized by warmth, empathy, and a genuine desire to empower others. Whether guiding someone through trauma recovery or teaching mindfulness techniques to build emotional resilience, Celina is dedicated to providing supportive and personalized guidance.

Through her work, Celina aims to create a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can explore their challenges and find meaningful growth. Her clients often describe her as approachable, empathetic, and profoundly insightful—qualities that make her an exceptional guide on the journey toward healing and growth.

Celina is committed to lifelong learning and providing clients with the tools they need to thrive. She has a doctorate and master’s degree in early childhood development with a focus on mental health and developmental disorders. She is also a certified facilitator for the Strengthening Families Program, recognized by the United Nations as an evidence-based preventive family initiative. Additionally, she has a certificate in mindfulness-based psychotherapy and is a registered yoga teacher and trained Reiki practitioner. Her diverse educational background also includes a graduate diploma in media studies from Australia, a bachelor’s degree in political science, and professional certifications in commercial law and public relations from Singapore. She also trained with Mr. John Bittleston, the founder of Terrific Mentors International.

Prior to dedicating herself to helping individuals, Celina enjoyed a successful corporate career in senior management roles with leading brands such as Hilton Worldwide, Levis Strauss & Co., CapitaLand Group, and ST Engineering. Her diverse professional experience and practical approach to emotional healing have benefited her clients in gaining perspectives and life skills that support their various roles at the workplace, at home, and in the larger community. 

Celina spends her time between the United States and Asia. Her mindfulness practice includes playing quartz crystal singing bowls, daily meditation, and qigong yoga. She also enjoys trail biking, forest bathing, American frozen custard, and Singapore laksa.
